The Stokely Disc Golf Method™

Disc Golf Instruction

At the highest level, the game is simple. It’s not easy. The Stokely Method™ makes it learnable: biomechanics, not imitation, built for your body.

Scott Stokely has earned 18 World and National titles in Disc Sports and Distance Records, set Guinness World Records for distance throwing, and has been teaching for more than 25 years.

The Stokely Disc Golf Method™

Almost every player has a habit their body won’t let go of: the early reach, the collapsed follow-through, the power that leaks out somewhere between the x-step and the release. Muscle memory keeps it there, no matter how many videos you watch.

The Stokely Method™ goes after the mechanics underneath those habits. It’s a step-by-step process: break the bad patterns, rebuild the movement the way your body actually generates power, and drill it until it holds. It’s biomechanics, not imitation — Scott will never ask you to throw like him, because you’re not built like him. Nobody is. The Method fits your unique body, your flexibility, your release.

That’s what you leave with: proper form mechanics, increased power and accuracy with less strain and injury risk, and the confidence of knowing exactly what your throw is doing and why. The Method works for players of any skill or experience level, from first-round beginners to touring pros.
